As we launched our 2023 Poetry By Heart competition this week, I thought it would be a great chance to show you where you can watch our very own Florence who was in Year 6 last year and got through to the national finals! She performed on the Globe Theatre stage and was totally brilliant. We are so proud of her achievement. From little Occold to the big lights of London, there's no stopping our pupils!

Year 6 spent an exciting week away from home and school at the Hilltop Outdoor Centre.
A fun time was had by our team of children who attended a recent Panathlon event at Debenham Leisure Centre.

This autumn, Otter Class have started a project in collaboration with Hartismere Place Care Home in Eye.
Year 5 and 6 visited the University of East Anglia in Norwich just before October half term.

Since Rabbit Class moved to their new home in The Burrow at the village hall, Mrs Squirrell has transformed the old outdoor area into a sanctuary for Year 3 and 4. It is now a beautiful garden which the children help to look after and use during lessons.
The long-awaited sensory room has been completed!
